SmokeIt.com will cover manufacture defects at the time of receiving the product. Customer has up to 30 days to return or exchange a product due to manufacture defects. This warranty policy lasts until you decide to use the product, unfortunately SmokeIt.com can't offer you a refund or exchange once the product has been used. Customer is obligated to pay all shipping charges associated with returns, unless the return is due to a manufacture defect discovered within the first 30 days from the purchase date.

You must have an authorized RA number for all warranties. This will ensure proper processing of your item(s). We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RA number. The RA number must be written on all sides of the packaging that the returned item is being shipped in. You must have a proof of registration (online order number) for all warranties.
Customer will be obligated to pay all shipping charges related to exchanges, returns, and warranty if any are provided.
When returning a warrantied product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. SmokeIt.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
SmokeIt.com is not responsible for items going out of stock. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount or provide you a newer model.
